Summary: Owned this phone till after a year I dropped it and the inside screen broke. It is really heavy compared to newer phone but I loved it and would be willing to buy another if they were cheaper considering their so out dated. The phone held up GREAT though.
It is a SMARTphone, but better used as a BASIC phone.

Summary: Ever since I recieved the phone I have had nothing but bad luck. The seller was great; the phone was not. As I read the reviews, I thought that this would be a phone that I could use as a basic phone. However, Verizon would not activate it as a basic phone, but a smartphone. Strike one.
A smart phone that has WiFi, and no data plan required!

Summary: I bought this phone specifically because it was one of the last "Smart" phones that came out before Verizon started requiring data plans on all smart phones. I just can't bring myself to pay $30/month for a data package when there is free wifi practically everwhere I go.
Summary: like i mention its the phone not the sellers its the phone itself. i just need to be able to do a little more with a phone. wasnt trying to bash noone, just not for me. delivery and packaging great.
Excerpt: I had 6 of these phones. It was the worse phone I've ever had. The touchscreen kept going off and it would be very annoying. The buttons would not work. It was very big and not a good phone at all. I switched to a Alias 2 after I fought with Verizon for 6 months.
