Beware of discounted phones from third parties
7 March 2015
Summary: This phone is full of bugs. It freezes up regularly and disconnects itself from the internet without my knowledge. Certain text messages have a "Download" button that does nothing when I click it. When I first turned it on, the keyboard popped up in Chinese. Very unhappy and frustrated. I bought this to replace the same phone I had that has a cracked faceplate, but I am going to reactivate that one.
Summary: The phone was just like they said and came with everything we needed, except there was no SIM card for the phone so we ended up spending about an hour at the Verizon store getting a card and getting it activated. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and much cheaper than buying from a cell provider and getting locked into a two year contract. Thanks for a wonderful buy.
Summary: One of the last 4G LTE phones with a physical slide out keyboard as my wife hates touchscreen! (She types over 140 words per min.) Bought as a backup phone to her current Stratosphere. Note - this is a Verizon phone. So, will have the store service team swap the SIM cards when the time comes.

Summary: i like the phone it is just like my previous one but it has issues. It won't make a phone call when i place the call i have to wait for the phone to start transmitting sometime's for ten minutes if i get in an emergency then i'm screwed and I don't know what to do about getting it replaced i will not be puchasing anything else unless i can be treated fairly and be garrenteed a product that works properly
Summary: Good phone for the price.I bought this phone for my nephew 12 yrs old. He loves it and of course figured out how to use it very fast. This phone still gives the option of using the slide out keyboard as well as use the touch screen. Its a perfect sized and a perfect phone for a teenage boy or girl.
Summary: Relatively cheap smart phone, but not up to par with newer high quality smart phones. Lost my Samsung S4 and chose to get low cost smart phone for temorary use. Had this as a phone when it first came out and at that time it was on par with most of the phones availabe at that time. However, today I would give it C+ with respect to comparison with other phones on the market.
