Summary: Good basic phone for my son who drops his phone a lot. The phone works but the battery life isn't great; probably needs a new battery. Phone was bought to carry us through the next 6 months when we can upgrade his phone via cell plan.
Summary: Battery wasn't very good, didn't hold a charge. which in turn made the phone not my thing. The battery percentage didn't match with what the actual battery was at. Other than that the phone was good.
Summary: I purchased this cell phone for my husband as his first smart phone to learn how to use it. We like the product but the software is not as new as other smart phones which limits our capabilities but we knew that when we ordered it.
Finally upgrading to get rid of my 3RD Continuum!!
25 May 2012
Summary: I purchased my 1st Continuum in mid 2011. Since then I have had to have it replaced (thank God for a warranty) because the phone would lock up, I'd be in the middle of a call and it would cut off, the phone would reset itself in the middle of anything whether it was a phone call, browsing the web or Facebook, texting, or checking voice mail. I have had the SAME problems with all 3 phones and heaven forbid you add any "apps" to the phone it only makes it worse.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations, cuts off for no reason, locks up, resets itself as if the battery were taken out, the phone picks up every single noise
Summary: Great little phone. Had to remove battery to unfreeze it every couple of days. They are NOT going to upgrade from 2.1 so it is a little slow and very limited. I liked the size and the ticker. I went back to iPhone. I'm happy again.
Summary: This phone would be a great phone if it would update to froyo 2.2 then gingerbread 2.3. It is very dissapointing that this phone was promised an update in 2010 and it never happened. I wouldn't ever recommed this phone to anyone because Samsung can't live up to there promise's.
