Summary: "my wife has a tocco lite and it has just been back for repair under guarantee and she was told as it has water damage it is not covered, when the phone has not been in contact with water I cannot see how this has occured. On the paperwork it said it mayby contact with rain or condensation, has anyone else had this problem.
Summary: "This mobile is not as good as the previous samsung phones...wish i never purchased it!! ..does anyone know how to configure the email setting on this phone??..as my networks t-mobile..i went into the t-mobile store to see if they could configure the email settings, none! of the tech guys could set the email ..fed up with this ph...texting can be tricky and the internet is not worth using!!!
Summary: "A very good looking phone but just didn't work for me. Texting is far too much hassle, it is incredibly difficult to go back an edit text, and as soon as you begin adding new words to the dictionary, it becomes even more difficult to text as you have to scroll through all of your new words to get to the default ones. On top of that, the camera doesn't focus in most scenarios.
Summary: "this phone is great but its battery does not support its feature. a number of people have already been disappointed and in fact the newer samsung have a much larger battery. Actually sending it back now because what is the point in having a phone that I cannot use to call or text without losing battery power after one call?
Not a US Cellular phone, don't believe them if they say it is.

Summary: Warning to US Cellular customers - Just don't buy it if you're on US Cellular. This is NOT a US Cellular compatible phone. This phone is only compatible with those carriers that use SIM cards, and US Cellular DOES NOT.
Summary: "Don't like it and can not wait to get my upgrade soon, I have found it to be one of the worst phones I have had whilst on contract. Maybe I just have a defective phone but I have found my touch screen to be unresponsive alot of the time the texting is not great and frustrating the sound quality when making a call is crap. I have not got on well with it at all and really can't wait to be rid of it!
Conclusion: hard to navigate around, I have ended up sending loads of half texts or empty texts, it's to easy to cut people off in the middle of a conversation. I have had my phone nearly a year now and yesterday the screen/battery packed in, I tried replacing the battery so must be the screen, when I try to charge the phone the battery shows but the blue lines are not moving, I have even tried charging from my pc, so I know the charger is ok, the battery is ok as I replaced it,...
Conclusion: Only had this phone 5 months, wish I had chosen something else!!!! Actually in the process of sending it back!! Nightmare, problems galore! Main problem it's like there is no signal,but signal checked out and good, told it was phone! cannot call, cannot receive calls, cannot send or receive texts, cuts off in middle of calls!! Much better phones out there!!!!!
Summary: It opens the internet by itself, it opens other applications by itself. you cant go back in a txt with out several attempts on the touch screen, which has to be by the way the worst touch screen in the universe! it has now started switching itself off which is highly annoying. U have to press a button on the side of the phone to lock it which takes several attempts & even when its locked it manages to open applications whilst in your pocket.
