Summary: I bought this item because my husband is always dropping and breaking our regular cell phone. This was the only heavy duty phone I was able to get. I am with t-mobil and this is ATT but it still works. The only thing is I cannot use all the features this phone has because of my carrier. I would buy this again if anything happened to the one I have.
Summary: This is my husbands phone. It was a little different from his old flip phone. I think it likes it better the more he uses it.Again it was unlocked phone so we had to change it to the cell phone company we use.
Summary: The Phone is rugged and able to take hard activity. The phone is slow to respond to button push commands. Texting takes longer while awaiting the results of a button push. The location of buttons for PTT along the sides make inadvertent operation of buttons while handling or carrying phone. This is a good rugged phone, built tough I would highly recommend this phone for bicycling, or other rough sports.
Very good phone but misleading box contents and features
22 August 2013
Summary: It is a very good phone that syncs very easily with my Bluetooth devices. The battery seems to last forever in standby mode (I am not a heavy phone user). A little big and heavy for a flip phone, but given that it is water and dust proof, etc., it is understandable. My biggest complaint is that both the box and the manual says that it comes with a MicroUSB to 3.5 mm adapter - well, it does not.
Summary: I bought this to replace an old Samsung feature phone, and did not want a smartphone. This is a little larger than the one I had, but it still fits nicely in a shirt pocket. My only gripe is with the push to talk that always seems to get pushed even when the phone is just in my pocket. I don't use the feature, so it is just an annoyance. I wish there was a way to disable it (or if there is maybe I just don't know how).
Summary: Phone takes nice pictures, is loud enough to hear when out doors, connects to phone calls well, longer battery life, but it will not connect via Bluetooth to my car or my ipad. Other than another AT&T phone, I have not been able to connect it to anything. When I called AT&T about how to connect it to my car, they told me it does not have the same Bluetooth, to call my car company. I suppose they would tell me to call Apple also.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, will not connect to most bluetooth
Summary: As the name would imply, it is a tough phone. Have dropped it several times, no harm. I use a cell phone for just calling and an occasional text, so it works just fine for me. It's a little irritating that you cant get rid of all the AT&T stuff on the phone.
If you want a rugged phone this is the one for you

Summary: Great phone, nice and rugged. Dont have to be worried about breaking it when at work. I am tough on phones and others I have had cant take the beating. This phone has no problem with anything.
