Excerpt: I went from having a Blackberry to the Rogue when it was time to renew my contract w/Verizon Wireless. I hate it, I switched because it has a cheaper data plan ($9.99 a month) BUT I can’t get my emails w/out paying an extra 5$ a month.
Excerpt: One of the greatest phones I have ever owned! The exterior is a sleek and sexy black and silver, and it’s pretty slim, which I love. I’m not really used to Samsung phones, I have only owned a few in the past, and I didn’t really like their menu …
Excerpt: The Samsung Rogue looks great to the eye and can seem to be a wonderful phone at first. Unfortunately, after consistent use there are some serious bugs that most consumers would not notice while playing around with it in the store.
Excerpt: I bought the Samsung Rogue after my enV broke. The phone overall is very decent, but there are a few particular things that bother me. Unlike the iPhones slide-to-unlock function, the Rogue has a touch-to-unlock which would not be a problem if the phone was sensitive enough to …
Summary: I like this phone. Its basic, NOT a smartphone and thats what I was looking for. HOWEVER because it is capable of using internet and such things called WIDGETS (like apps before apps) Verizon REQUIRES the $9.99 a month data and email plan. Stupid if you ask me because the internet isnt this phones HIGH point and facebook on this device is very smal and difficult to opperate, coming from years of smartphones in the past.
Excerpt: This Samsung Rogue has been at my side for over 3 years. I am forced to put this wonderful Verizon phone aside as NOW i am Switching to T-Mobile, they have a better PrePaid Offer... I wish PhoneArena had a Comparison of Rival phones from other Carriers.
A great little feature phone, a great value as well.

Summary: Purchased this phone to replace busted up pantech crux for my mom. She is in her late 60's and hasn't had any trouble making the transition. We like the "smartphone-like" features, makes the phone more fun to use. Really like having the option to use physical qwerty keyboard as well as touchscreen. BIG PLUS for her is the volume: ringing volume, messages and/or notification volume, in-call volume. She can hear it ringing from the next room (without hearing aids).
Summary: This phone is a little bit bigger than I would like it to be like other reviews mentioned, but overall it is a great phone. Love the widgets which make it easy to access tools like the alarm clock, pictures, notepad, etc. from the home screen. Pretty user friendly. Also, it can be used with or without purchasing a data package which is nice especially for those like me who do not want to pay extra for the data.
Great phone! love to see the next one that comes out soon!

Summary: Love this phone. It has great features and is a level below a complete smart phone. It is a little bulky since it has the pull out key board, but it has a great big screen. Also love that there is a flash option for photos. Wld recommend this phone to friends and family wanting something similar to a smart phone without the bill. I pay $10 a month for email on this phone, but it is well worth it.
Summary: I bought this phone because people were having trouble hearing me on my old phone and it wasn't covered under warranty because I had removed the top piece of the camera because it had cracked and my 2 year contract was not over. I have not had a touch screen before but the touch screen seems hard to push, I press a lot on the phone and nothing happens. Battery life is very poor also. Otherwise, I really like the phone and it's features.
