Excerpt: I love this phone. Firstly, I am very hard on phones and this one lasted me over a year and a half. Before that, I was buying new phones almost every month. Secondly, it has a bunch of really cool ringtones and earthy sound effects that I love but others find very annoying. It even has crickets chirping. I'm also about half deaf and the headset volume was actually loud enough for me to hear.
Summary: Phone was easily activated with Kajeet for my daughter. It has easy button access to facebook, mail, myspace, and IM access. The phone slides up showing its keyboard making texting easy. Perfect phone for a tween or an adult that likes to have all the social features without the touchscreen and complexity of an Android. Keyboard buttons are really small.
This phone is too small and difficult to text with.

Summary: The keyboard in this phone is very difficult to use; partly because the keys are so small, but mostly because each stroke must be deliberate in order to get a letter to register. You spend a lot of time backspacing trying to fill in the letters missed. So if you are a "texter" this is not the phone for you. Also, the screen is too small for people with difficulty seeing. Overall, I would not recommend this phone.
Summary: i didn't like this phone. it was cute and small, but it was so hard to type any texts on its little qwerty keyboard. the letters on the far right were set up to make it near impossible to use. I am a petite woman with average sized fingers. the reception was terrible and the phone was crackly. I was really disappointed. I went back to my old favorite LG's.
Summary: The phone is nice and small. It's good for someone who wants something simple but also wants a full keyboard. It doesn't have any WiFi access, and if you aren't paying for mobile web then there are a lot of features you can't utilize. Overall the phone does what I expected it to do.
I recommend this type of phone to people wanting a better Sprint phone :)

Summary: I got the product I wanted. I bought it for my sister so she could have an updated Sprint phone. It's a little more advanced than other Sprint phones. I love the Menu set-up because there are a lot of menus all put in a turn-style type fashion and are easily accessible.
Summary: My first cell phone was the Reclaim. I LOVED it. But, sadly, it died. Sprint no longer makes it, so I found one on E-bay. I like my new phone a lot. It is a lot more beat-up than my old one, but at least it's a Reclaim. I can't say enough good things about this phone. Thank goodness I found one on e-bay.
Summary: It's a good phone for texting, sometimes it might freeze and shut off if you are getting texts/sending texts, but for the price it's a good buy. YOu have to get used to texting with the small buttons.
Summary: This is my 3rd Reclaim phone. I like the simplicity and compact design. The battery life is good. The phone usually dies because I did something awful to it, not its fault. Solid little phone.
