It was okay...

Anonymous, Amazon
11 December 2012
  • Summary: I was very excited to get this phone, and it worked fine for a few days. After about a week, it got super slow, the internet wouldn't load properly, and the backlight would dim after a few seconds. The seller was great, though! I'd definitely buy something through this seller again, just not this phone.

Cheated off but awesome phone

Mike, Amazon
24 October 2011
  • Summary: I really liked the phone but the seller basically tried to cheat me off. I ordered this phone about 1-2 months ago and I had to send it back because there was a big major issue with this phone. The phone had been scanned or whatever.. but the thing was that I was basically sharing a phone number with someone else no matter how much I tried to change my number. Other than that I love this phone and I had to buy it from Verizon because the seller sold me a rip off.

Good phone, but can't upgrade Windows Phone OS

Marc, Amazon
19 October 2011
  • Summary: I actually like the phone. It's very fast and doesn't freeze up unless I'm messing around with a bunch of apps at the same time. It has a feature to close all open apps at once which is handy. I love the touch screen and the camera is awesome. The business card reader works great and adds the card info to your contacts. The main problem is that Microsoft does not support Windows Mobile version 6.5 anymore and the phone can not be upgraded to Windows Mobile version 7.

Samsung SCH i910 Omnia (Verizon)

16 October 2010
  • Summary: Well this phone is just kind of outdated. It no longer has the VZW app store because Verizon terminated it. It has some pretty cool features though, if you hack it. Its a pretty hard-to-use-phone because the touch screen is not as sensitive as something like a Droid or iPhone. Its an ok phone but sometimes its really difficult to operate. Its a good size, perfect fit for your hand. It doesnt weigh too much.

An interesting experiment

  • Summary: This phone (the Samsung SCH i910) is a fascinating piece of tech- it works quite well in some ways and is frustrating beyond belief in others. Pros- parts of the interface are well-designed. It is quite convenient having a computer in one's pocket for directions and web searching (and since I hate the tiny keys of many sliders, the on-screen keyboard is a nice compromise).

An OK Phone...

echavez_23, Ebay
22 March 2010
  • Summary: Pros: Windows Mobile Phone is a great feature on this phone if you know your way around. I liked the 5MP camera overall takes great pictures and a great flash. Cons: Very slow and occasionally freezes. Sometimes need to restart it and the touch screen isn't as responsive as I would like it to be. Also sometimes I have issues connecting to the internet at times, don't exactly know if it's the phone with the problems or the carrier but I don't like it either way.
