Summary: I got this phone after I read all the other reviews and I wanted a nice phone without contract. The phone itself is fine, but when I went to active a number the phone was not compatible with the no contract network. i had to return the phone.
Summary: Got this phone in March 2012 because my LG Cosmos Touch stopped working. I got this phone and things were great for the first two months, then that's when things started to happen. First, I noticed I had to restart my phone about 1-4 times depending on my phones mood. Second, the phone would freeze and sometimes I had to wait 5 minutes just to open up the main menu.
Had this phone for a year already and deffinately not worth it

Summary: the phone is super slow and uncoordinated. ive had this phone for over a year now and trust me other phones are better then this! the phone lags, does not connect to the internet right, and sooooo much more im done with this phone i have the money to buy a Droid so deffinately hitting this one with a bat
Summary: Purchased this product for my daughter. First of all Verizon does not really support this product any longer, so trying to get help with anything is like pulling teeth from Verizon since they no longer sell this phone themselves. If you are getting this phone just to make phone calls and send text messages it's great. If you are trying to download apps and do other things with this phone, then this is not the phone for you.
Summary: This phone is horrible Even programming the speed disl is difficult. When I checked my email it was displayed as though the phone is not really designed for that purpose. Since I did not intend to use it for that purpose I decided to try it a little longer However after I couldn't get the GPS to work I gave up. The only thing I had any confidence in was its function ss a phone.
Summary: Hi I really don't wanna put this phone down, as i'm sure you do wanna know about a phone before you buy it!! But coming from someone you don't know and don't trust there words, as my step daughter has this phone and i seen her charge it at night and it had a full charge within 2 1/2 hours it died on her, she purchased new battery and brought the whole phone back 2 times, And new battery!!!
Summary: I give this review one star only b/c when I tried to activate this phone Verizon told me that this phone has to be on a contract. So if the seller would let that be known then they would've gotten five stars! But if they let that be known they wouldn't sell many phones huh!
Summary: As advertised " No Contract" is not prepaid... contacted Verizon. The No Contract, is you supplied the equipment therefor you do not have to have a 2 year contract... Verizon has no smartphones for prepaid... Don't be fooled by the "no contract" and think it means prepaid...
Summary: The software is very glitchy! It constantly freezes up & I take out the battery daily. I have gone thru 3 of these under warranty & all had the same issues. There was even a software update that I thought was going to help but it did NOTHING. I have been stuck with it for 2yrs! Within the last 3mths it only works on speaker!! WTF?? Opera is very slow & apps are useless.
Pros: Swype and thats it!
Cons: Entire software is glitchy and freezes up daily! That is the root problem of this phones issues!
Summary: Not happy with the product. I was suppose to of gotten a new phone and it was not. There was someone else's stuff in the phone, and it freezes quite often. To make a phone call you have to click on the person's name then wait before it will call that person. Very slow to do anything on the phone. Just very fustrated.
