User Review

MNH, Cnet.co.uk
24 May 2011
  • Summary: Hopefully someone from Samsung/Google will read this and realise that taking 6 weeks and counting to send out a replacement screen is a dire level of customer service. The reason the screen cracked was because I couldn't get a case (none had been made for it that fitted) and it subsequently exploded when dropped. Early adopters are the ones who make or break your multimillion dollar product so you might want to try not sticking it to them.
  • Pros: Great handset (when in one piece), far more configurable that Iphone
  • Cons: Poor Sumsung Service, Poor app quality
