Summary: I've used it for few months then suddenly could not be switched on due to motherboard defect .This issue is common ,I've serached for this problem in internet, I found many phone owners complain the same issue.
Summary: I bought this item two weeks ago. I was so happy about the price and also was really liking the features and the user friendliness. I wanted to say that this android phone was one of the best of its kind. It was easy to navigate to intended features/pages with little guidance. After one week of purchase I started having terrible problems with its battery life.
Summary: This phone is not what I thought it would be, the features are very basic and limited. My old android did more than this phone. the reception is horrible, although the appearance is nice it basically stops at that. I wish I had done additional research to compare it with other phones to see which one was best. The radio is internet based so when I cant get a signal the radio goes out, teh phone does not have a radio.
Summary: This phone is an absolute peice of garbage. BE WISE AND DO NOT BUY. Everything on it is glitchy and prone to failure. Recently, the power button stopped working and I'm now going to have to purchase a new phone. Check the forum threads, this is not an uncommon issue. You might as well buy a fisher price walkie talkie from walmart; you'd be getting better value.
I guess new doesn't mean new anymore. Or has the definition changed?

Summary: Let me begin by saying this not a review of the phone. I can't review the phone since I returned it the next day, never even attempting to use it. My rating reflects my experience with the seller, HP Wireless. One star is too high, but that's the minimum possible. The phone was advertised as new. To me that means never used, usually unopened, and everything the manufacturer originally packaged with the item is included.
Summary: Beautiful telephone, outstanding operating system, huge apps selection. A telephone with a battery that dies in less than three hours without being in use is useless as a portable telephone; that's a shame. I unplugged the phone from the charger fully charged at seven AM. Somebody called me on the land line at ten AM asking why I was not answering my cellular.
Summary: Samsung appeared ready to help but SAMSUNG Canada refused any help so did our provider FIDO. A cannot believe that Samsung builds phones that don't even last the 3 year aggrement your need to buy them from the providers. And trust me I am not alone. SEARCH GOOGLE for DEAD POWER BUTTON on NEXUS S and you will find PLENTY. Also people complaining about the new Samsung NEXUS (newer model).
Pros: This WAS a great phone. It had all the features we were looking for and was easily better than the comparable IPHONE at the time of release but...
Cons: BOY o BOY WHERE is the Samsung quality. 3 DEAD power buttons on our three phones (me, my wife and my daughter). 1800$ of phones to waste and unable to get repair from SAMSUNG CANADA.
