Summary: This was one in a long line of smartphones I've had. I was happy with it for the first year, but the second year the phone was tired and worn out. On the outside. The performance was always good. The slider became tired and slack after the first year and the internal connections (solder?) on the power/usb connector were loose and the phone could not always get a charge. Did not last the two years I had anticipated, but the first year was great.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Summary: This was a good phone. Heavy in weight. Was discontinued shortly after it was released which I found annoying. Software updates stopped shortly after that. Phone acted up after 1 1/2 years. I guess that was all it was ment to last.
Excerpt: The samsung moment is a fully capible android phone with everything that one could ask for. If the iphone is out of your price range, then go for the samsung moment. The moment has all the apps that anyone could ask for in the market. It comes pre loaded with many great apps such as google maps, which works as GPS.
Excerpt: Samsung - Moment SPH-m900 Cell Phone is the phone that I currently have. I love this phone for many reasons. Its a great little computer on the go for me because I can connect to the internet and look for anything that I need at a moments notice. I love the vibrant screen and the qwerty key board. I really cant stand the cell phones that you have to have it all touch screen but with the Samsung - Moment SPH-m900 Cell Phone you get the best of both worlds. I have had...
Excerpt: I really like the android O.S and the selection of applications are endless. I've had my Moment for 3 months and had to visit my carrier store for few things. My screen went completely black out of no where. The battery life is bad. It doesn't make it through the day and never seems to charge fully (I'm not the type of person to have several apps running all at the same time) They really should work on that.
Samsung Moment Cell phone is great but needs a few tweeks.

Excerpt: I purchased the Samsung Moment about six months and love that I am able to do so many things with my cell phone. I love being able to text and connect to the internet while I am out and the key board makes it very convenient for being able to type quickly. The phone is alittle bulky but at the same time I prefer the bulkiness in return for the convenience of the full slide out keyboard. I have had some problems with the screen no locking and making random phone calls...
Excerpt: I've had my Moment for a little over a year and I don't know how I ever made it without the phone in my life! I use this phone for all of my andriod apps, e-mail, picture taking, video recording, texting and talking! I can't believe all of the applications that you can get on this phone for free...I'll never be an apple user after looking at the price tags for the applications over on that network.
Samsung Moment is no iPhone, but is a close second.

Excerpt: My husband and I just switched to a data phone when our 2 year period was up. We wanted to make sure that we got a phone that made it worth it to pay for data, so after looking at all Sprint had to offer, we went with the Moment. So far (4 months), we have only had a few problems with the phones: randomly switching into airplane mode, changing ringtones, poor battery. We downloaded the Advance Task Killer app and have found that by running it every few hours, it...
Excerpt: I bought a Samsung Moment from Sprint about a month before the EVO came out. I wish I had waited because my friends who have the EVO don't have half the trouble with thier phones as I have with mine. The plus side is the slide out keyboard. That makes it easier to type. But the touch screen sometimes has a delayed response, and if you ever have to cradle the phone on your shoulder while doing another task, your cheek will press the buttons. I have grown used to this...
