Pros: It's a touch screen which was better then my last phone....that's about it!

Cons: 1.) It doesn't get messages or calls half the time. 2.) It is slow. 3.) The screen is easy to scratch. 4.) The phone is cheaply made. 5.) The buttons don't work half the time. 6.) You can't use the screen to text.
Cons: Touch screen does not respond to touch Had for only three months and jack for power adapter does not work (bought my daughter's phone at the same time and hers has the same problem) Dialer feature is hard to use Could not customize ringtones from my ow
Summary: when we got the phone she didnt turn the phone off un der her name it cost us a nother 10.00 to do this which i think she should pay for it. it was her phone and done everything to it before she sold it robin.
Summary: overall i thought the phone was great!! loved the size and that it had both a keypad and it is touch. i had the lg 260 and absolutly loved it. then it started giving me a black screen and found out there is a manufacturer defect with that phone. so then they gave me the samsung finesse and that is only touch and i couldnt stand it.so they gave me this samsung messager phone.i did think that the buttons feel cheaply made.
Summary: I like the phone because it has good reception. Yet the keyboard was worn out and if you don't know where the letters are, and you can't see them, then what good is the texting part of the phone? My wife is having too much trouble with it. Other than that, the phone works ok.
