Summary: The phone has good sound quality. The battery depletes rather quickly, and it does get very hot! My biggest complaint is that it is impossible to see the screen even in shade outside. Second biggest complaint is that it isn't easy to add contacts.
Excerpt: I no longer own this. I went through 2 phones, said fukit, got the Huawei Mercury. It went from OK to POOR quality everything. The keyboard was useful, the screen switched orientation for every program, but broke way way too quickly.

Summary: This is the very best phone I ever had. It slides up and has a full keyboard. It is easy to use and navigate. When I receive texts or phone calls the phone rings or vibrates until you tell it not to.
