Summary: I ordered this for my mother in law who has fading eyesight and couldn't see the buttons on the 5 other brand new cell phones that she has, she can see all of the features on this clearly and has been a BIG help to her.
Summary: I bought this for my mom, who wanted a simpler phone than those available with the major cell phone carriers. She loves this phone! She just got hearing aids, and has no problem hearing on this phone at all. The Jitterbug carrier, GreatCall, has ceased to support this phone on their website, so all phonebook programming has to be done on the phone itself, and not on the computer site, but that is very easy to do, although it takes a bit of time.
Summary: I recently upgraded to fancier phone, but found it to be just way to big to carry in my pocket. I tried to adjust, but was not able to carry a clunky device. I decided to go back to my Juke and was happy again.
Summary: I love this phone. Alot of people don't like it becuase it's small but I really don't think it's that small. You can do so many things with this phone it's great. The only thing I do not like about the phone is the camera. It does not take the best pictures but other then that I would definitely recommend this phone.
Summary: The Jitterbug is easy to use and set up. The company also has wonderful customer support. The phone has yes and no buttons, this is easy for older generation to understand. The numbers are bigger as well and well lit.
