Summary: I bought this phone for my mother who is in her 80s. It is extremely simple to use, and the speakers are specially designed for those who have hearing issues. The phone plan is very expensive though, unless you get one with extremely limited minutes (and no rollover).
Summary: Purchased for elderly parent as a replacement for a phone that she was having difficulty using. So far this has proven to be the best cell phone for her (this is her third, where the second one she was not able to use it). It has a simple design with large keys and easy to read screen. No review for picture quality as we are not using that feature.
Summary: I purchased this phone for my grandmother as other non contract phones were hard for her to hear on. This phone is perfect for senior citizens, large numbers, bright screen and easy to hear. With light use, the battery on the phone lasted over 30 days without charging which is just amazing.
Pros: Batterly Life and Options for Senior Citizens
Summary: I tried TracFon for a year and gave it up for the simpler Jitterbug. I am old enough that I appreciate large display, large keys, clear sound and simple operation. It does not have all the fancy stuff that I never use; it is first and foremost a quality phone. It works great with my hearing aid. The battery seems to last forever; I charged it March 14 and recharged it once since (it is now April 12).
Pros: Simple to use, long battery life, great sound quality, large keys
