Good for simple use
19 June 2013
Summary: I got this for my little sister. I had one when virgin mobile came out with it years ago. I feel it's a good android to start off on. She likes the full keyboard which is one of the reasons why I got it. Her service is under kajeet which is also great. If you're looking for a simple android with a keyboard it's cool. but if you want something fast and updated go for something else.
"Still Using this thing! It is a great phone as always."

Pros: Best camera for price. Overall a great phone with all the features wanted and most often I found it to have more feature than people use, or know about. I use 90% of it's features.
Cons: ROM & RAM is the only thing that limits this phone. If it had just double this memory, and heck from what I saw on the LG copy of it with extra 50% more more, the performance is massively better. Almost any issues this phone has is related to memory.
Summary: If this is gonna be your first smartphone, Or just for texting it's perfect. But after owning it awhile its quite slow and getting old. So i'd recommended a galaxy if your already familiar with smart phones, If not buy this its great just slow
The phone is impressive with appearence and sound quality is great.

Summary: I've always been an admirer of Samsung phones. So when I'd seen this particular model,I was instantly sold.I like the sound quality of this phone.I dislike the signal reception at home very low signal. The picture quality isn't that great, like small dotted grid in the background. All in all its pretty cool. When compared to the Samsung Admire that I previously own.I would have to choose the Admire.
Summary: Needed a phone to get me by for a few months. This phone works great. It's my first touch phone so it was hard to get use to, but I don't know if that was the phone or me. Sometimes I have to touch it several times for it to activate.
Summary: I bought this phone for my wife for use with Ting Wireless, and so far we have had no issues. The Samsung Intercept is a low-level Android phone, so it cannot run multiple apps at once without bogging down. So much as the user keeps the specs of this phone in mind, the Samsung Intercept is a good phone.
Summary: The phone is OK..7.5/10 because doesn't upload some applications.when I got it, the phone charger didn't work.. I bought it because my daughter's phone, the screen broke and not to long ago just renew Sprint contract.
Summary: The Intercept is a great starter phone for those new to Smart Phones/Android. Great features including GPS, e-mail access, social networking apps and more. What I liked about it is that the internet service works anywhere there is wi-fi, including in Canada. However, the ringtone services leave much to be desired. VM does not have ringtones for this phone for purchase, while they support most of the other mobile phone ring tones.
Summary: This is the first Galaxy class phone. The reception is good except in rural areas where it keeps reminding me I am "roaming" even though my plan has free roaming. My only true complaint is that the touch screen does not respond well to my touch sometimes or that it seems to lag in response on occasion. These instances are rare. Mostly it responds quickly. I have 1,400 songs on it and jack it into my car stereo every day. Overall an excellent multi-use tool.
