Summary: Bought this product for a teenager, phone looks good but this phone shuts off automatically, and locks up. Very irritating to have to remove the battery 4 to 5 times a week. Color is very pretty and works great other than the power issue. Features are good and easy to use.
Excerpt: The samsung intercept is not the best touchscreen phone out there, but it was free so I decided to give it a try. I would have rather paid for a nicer phone. The phone is slow, the screen always changes from vertical to landscape even when I don't move the phone, makes me delete apps (not enough ram), the usb isn't even compatible with my computer (or any computer i've tried it on), etc.
Excerpt: Shopping for an Android phone to use with a prepaid cell plan, I came across this phone. The smartphone features sounded good and I loved the keyboard (layout and size), which made texting easy even for those of us with chubby fingers. However, after several months of use, I've come to view this as a huge waste of money (I paid $180 + tax for it on a special). If I could have gotten a refund, I would have. Why?
For What I Paid for it, it is OK please read entire review..

Summary: The phone is super slow, freezes up too often sometimes I have to remove the battery to even get it to come one. I like the slide out keyboard.. It is cool for what it cost but the touch button (back arrow) hardly ever works again it has to be powered off or the battery removed... I don't know what to tell anyone about purchasing this phone but I do know this is what I have experienced. Just as soon as I can I will be purchasing a new phone...
