Summary: I have had this phone for three years and it has been working fine. Except for when I accidentaly dropped it in the water TWICE. First I dropped it in the pond then I dropped it in the toilet. I lost a lot of pictures from that but otherwise it works fine. Lots of times its very slow.
Summary: My mother is very pleased and happy with the phone. Verizon would not replace her ph when it malfunctioned because she was to new in her new contract even though she has been a customer over 5 yrs.
Summary: I've had this phone for over a year now. With a warranty, I believe I've had 3 versions of this phone (due to unrelated causes) and all three were the same. The worst thing about this phone is the glitchy operating system--it lags. It lags very, very much. Pressing a button on most devices results in immediate feedback. With this phone, every single button press has a lag.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations, very laggy
Summary: I wanted a basic phone for my daughter so I chose the Intensity. However, this particular one has a mind of it's own. There are times it tries to access the internet on its own. There seems to be periodic times where one of the buttons gets stuck and is constantly being automatically pressed but not all the time...it's strange. I did only pay $32 for it...you get what you pay for I guess.
Summary: This is the worst phone ever. I have had nothing but problems with it from day 1. It shuts itself off. The screen has stopped working when I open up the Qwerty keyboard. The phone dials people on it's own. Sometimes I go to text someone and in the middle of a text, it shuts itself off or goes back to regular screen. This phone is falling apart and I still have 6 months before I can upgrade, I don't think it will last, I AM SURE IT WON'T LAST.
