Summary: I have had this phone for over four years, and it has performed remarkably. It is not a "Smart Phone", but the basic features make it an ideal choice for someone who only needs phone and text [plus a variety of provider apps - navigation, etc.). The slide out full keyboard is a plus. You really can't go wrong with the Samsung quality and features. A great little phone.
Summary: Have owned this product for over two years and have never had any trouble with it (knock wood) and would highly recommend it to any one that is looking for this type of product. Plus we have always had good service with the cell phone company that provided us with this product.
Summary: This is non smart phone. I got this because I don't like to pay data fee. The battery lasts longer than you can guess even if it's only one bar. The design is classic and comfortable to hold. No complaint for a non smart phone.
Summary: Excellent phone, I've had it for 5 years now and still love it. In fact even though I just got a new Samsung S4 mini, I still carry around my Intensity II as a PDA to write memos to myself. The qwerty board makes it so easy to type texts and memos.

Summary: This was a new item, not used, and exactly the same as the one I'd gotten from the Verizon store, but for a lower price ((I'd gotten it because I had a mishap and smashed the first one...)) I use it for texting and phone calls, and the occasional snapshot - it's great for texting because it has a full keyboard that pulls out and folds back in. I've never even attempted to use it for email or anything internet-related, because I use a computer for that.
