Summary: Great phone... all the features as advertised... but don't buy if you're not willing to pony up for Sprint's Data Package (despite phone assurances to the contrary made in advance of purchasing)
Summary: CONS - Phone is a little "buggy". Sometimes refuses to recognize touch/click action. Can become annoying when trying to navigate web pages and the page is constantly moving. Take paypal login page for example. Click on username box and phone interprets my touch as trying to move the page, not click on a text box. Minor complaint but still, aggravating. Also, when clicking on speed dial contact list sometimes shuffles or shudders?
Summary: I've had this phone for about two weeks now, and I have very few serious complaints about it. Very very clear call quality, excellent touch screen, and very fast internet connection. Sadly, some of the touch buttons are on the small side. The camera has absolutely no settings what so ever. Not even color correction. There are very few apps available.
Summary: to be clear it is not the sellers fault that the phone is not a good phone. okay for a kid but I would never use it myself. it's android like but you can not even get on google play store you have to go to sprint's game site and buy games or apps. it is hard to get it to respond when you touch it. I would not recommend it if you want a real android phone.

Excerpt: THIS PHONE HAS ALL THE SAME FEATURES THE ONLY THING THAT HAS CHANGED IS THE CAMERA, INTERNET BROWSER BUT THAT IS SLOW EVEN ON WI-FI... THIS PHONE IS NOT A MAJOR JUST A RELEASE WITH A COUPLE UPGRADES WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE THAT ALREADY HAS A INSTINCT IT STILL FREEZES AND IT STILL LAGS... AND ITS NOT ALL THAT GREAT LIKE THE SPRINT TV IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN HD BUT ITS NOT..
Pros: GREAT CAMERA, HD, 4GB MEMORY CARD, HEADPHONES
Cons: BATTERY LIFE, LAGS, FREEZES, CUTS OFF RANDOMLY, NO HD CABLE INCLUDED (THE CORD IS $30)
Excerpt: My last phone was the green rumor and I now have the pink Instinct. LIKES: It is SLIM and LIGHT and will fit in my pocket. It has an EXTRA BATTERY with its own charger. The battery life lasts me a few days but I just use it for texting and phone calls. The TV, GPS and web browsing do drain the battery but will last about 8 hours. It comes with a micro SD card. The phone has SURVIVED MY DROPPING it a few times. Not throwing but accidental dropping.
Excerpt: This phone is...okay I guess...I'll list the pros and cons... Pros: Great, sleek, sophisticated look. Fuzzy picture warning Good touch screen Great Internet Full qwerty keyboard Good sound quality Cons: Freezes up every now and then. Hard to text on. EXTREMELY poor battery life. (more Sprint's fault) TERRIBLE service where I live. (then again, I don't live in the city..
Excerpt: I got this phone about a week after it came out. As you may know, you have thirty days to return the phone. I realized that it was time to return it the seond week I had the phone. It was very entertaining, and appealing. Based on design, and the features it provided. But other than that.. it wasn't worth my time. It was as though the minute you play a game, it cuts out 20% of the battery right then and there!
Apple=Innovation..Msft=same old thing..bad win mobile
