Summary: the phone sucks it always needs a recharged battery and the processing is slow as molasses i would not recommend this phone to anyone that would like to buy it because it is not worth the money the touch screen is horrible and always freeze's on u i would have rather spent the money on a more...
Summary: I recieved the phone on time that was a plus, it also came with two batteries but no charger so I had to go purchase one. The phone worked fine during sunlight but once I got in dark places with little heat the phone would freeze up and i would have to rub the phone to get it to work.
Summary: When I bought this phone, I thought that I could register it with my old cell phone number. When I received it, though, it still had another person's phone number on it, and worse, that number did not share an area code with my state.
Summary: So my brother wanted a phone, because his broke awhile ago. But he didn't have enough money to buy a new 300-500 phone from sprint. So I suggested he just buy a refurbished no contract phone. OF COURSE, the phone they sent has stuff wrong with it. Main problem, it doesn't charge.
Summary: I have had this phone ever since it first came out, and I can tell you what is bad about it. #1 is battery life. I cannot STAND a phone that can't even make it through one day with a fully charged battery starting out.
Excerpt: For my upgrade in December 2009, I selected the Palm Pre. It's now October 2010 and I've been to the Sprint repair store every other month for several issues. Since December 2009, I have had this phone replaced 6 times.
Summary: If you want to use the Calendar application for anything other than seeing the current date, or if you want convenient email and text messaging, you should look for a different phone. This phone is difficult to use and has way less features than the Samsung Rant that I replaced.
