Summary: is a bad phone for my taste, but in the world there are different tastes and acquired to sell. the functionality, the touch and use options, have a very high degree of difficulty and can not make your phone act for all public
Excerpt: Also, like I said I could not fix this despite anything I tried and so I had to use the Aim website because it does not use Java but I would have liked using Meebo better because it makes your IMS smaller and more compact which I like more so then the very basic Aim client but since it is the only service that does not use Java it will have to settle. A lot of services use Java today and I hope Sprint uses an update to correct this problem.
Excerpt: Well, I have been owning the Samsung Instinct one day previous to date of launch at the Sprint stores. At first, I did all my research, and was very intrigued about the purchase I was about to make. The phone seemed as such a great bargain for the price when purchasing it with a two year agreement and rebate. A plus that came with this phone that I do enjoy is that it came with two battery's and its own battery charger to place in so you may always have talk time.
It was good for awhile but then it died....3 times.

Excerpt: The Samsung Instinct is a good alternative on the Sprint network. I like the voice activation and use it to locate places all the time. It makes it easy to GPS a location. The TV feature is good to keep the kids busy when we are out and they get bored, but the battery life is not as good as I would like. It does come with an extra battery with a portable charger. It would be nice if there were more apps available like a regular PDA.
Excerpt: Ok, so I have had this phone for almost a year. I really liked it at first, but now I hate it. It is always feezing up, can't handle a text a call at the same time, slow to the touch, never does what I asked it to do, turns off by itself at inconvenient times...I could go on forever! I really wanted a touch screen so I picked this phone, but I think it was the worst choice ever.
Excerpt: i got this for my birthday. i loved it for a year then it was just a piece of trash. there is no flash, not a lot of apps, you can butt dial people, bad tv signal, takes forever to get texts back, the battery life is really bad and other than that you will be going back to your sprint store once a week to get it fixed or replaces.
Cons: Oh boy, grab some coffee or tea. This will be long. 1. Frustrating on/off button. You have to hold it just the right way and the right amount of time for it to unlock and not turn off or shut off. 2. Command button placed right where you hold the phone in
