Summary: Outdated and awkward to use. Also has old power cord not compatible with common charger that just about every other phone now uses. The battery died on me and getting replacement was going to take a week so I just got a new phone instead
Summary: got this for my father who needed a replacement phone for work and this is one that he cant wait to get rid of. the slide screen is frustrating because you have to slide to answer but you miss more calls then receive them because it is so hard to slide. you swipe your finger till you want to throw the dang thing. other then that, the screens are weird and not like any that ive ever had. most screens are at least similar in their settings but this one was not.
Summary: This phone would be good if it didn't stop working after, oh, say two months. Camera doesn't work, it freezes and resets itself, deletes all your messages or contacts. Erases the SD card (twice now), but it is kinda durable. Otherwise, lousy phone.
bad experience ,i had to keep turning phone of and on to get to the screen

Summary: Good phone except for freezing. the phone freezes too much, had to change phone , i bought the phone because i like samsung phones all features are Good , easy to use except for freezing compares well for phones it's age appps are good but not free I might have a bad experience maybe i got a really messed up phone ,when i received my samsung instinct it had couple of scratches and it was'nt easy activating the phone ,i had to call sprint 4 times before i found some one...
Excerpt: In the hand of a teenager this is probably a great phone. But when I looked this phone up on sprint and saw the bluetooth logo I decided to get this phone. As soon as I activated the phone and tried to sync um my ear piece is when I got the rub. Yes it has bluetooth but not a hands free option. That does me no good. Next is the texting..
Summary: i've never had a touch screen phone before. i've always preferred flip phones. i had the idea that any touch screen would probably be better than a flip phone, especially a flip phone that's two or three years old. not really the case. the phone looks slick, but the software is limited. maybe i compare it to my katana eclipes too much which is a pretty standard low tech phone as it is, but this phone has 4 categories as it's interface. there are practically no features.
