  • Summary: Extremely nice and slick phone. Super fast response and internet browsing. slim in size with a big screen. Android operating system is very nice. Battery life is impresive. A bit delicate, but with a good case cover you have it covered.

  • Summary: Got this when they first came out. Overall the screen size is nice and I was excited when I got it home. But this thing has been nothing but problems. It will lose the signal and it won't scan for it until I manually do it by going in and out of airplane mode. This can be a pain if you are out and about and not notice it. Updates for the phone don't go through. It will give an error that you need to contact the phone company or is it not allowed on this dns system.

Samsung Infuse 4G Sucks & NewEgg's customer service is the Worst Customer Service

RAVI K., Newegg
16 August 2012
  • Pros: The features of Samsung Infuse are good, however the battery life SUCKS, HORRIBLE, BLAH....BLAH....BLAH.....
  • Cons: Samsung Infuse 4G Battery Life Sucks & NewEgg's customer service is the Worst Customer Service. First time I have ever received such a WORST, PATHETIC customer service. I wish I would like to give -5 (MINUS FIVE) for the customer service, unfortunately it's not available :-(

Works Great So Far

Ryan K., Newegg
20 July 2012
  • Summary: I am using this phone with Straight Talk and so far so good. Really digging this phone. Compared to other unlocked phones prices, I think this is the most bang for the buck right now. Why are people complaining about the missing HDMI adapter? No where is that listed here or in the pictures. Do not expect to get something not included here.
  • Pros: -Amazing Screen -Records HD video -8MP Camera -Unlocked and not branded to a network -Runs games, and video FAST -Came loaded with Gingerbread
  • Cons: -Bottom 4 buttons do at times seem a little unresponsive, might be the otter-box blocking them a bit but not enough to where I would deduct and egg. -Box was open and I can tell the phone had been handled. The plastic screen protectors were still on. I am sure this was to update the phone. I am totally okay with this.

  • Summary: This is the worst phone I have ever owned, I am on my second Infuse and it still freezes, blanks out, shuts itself off, drops calls, looses the network. I am constently doing a soft reboot of the phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Big Scrren Luv Samsung

John A., Newegg
15 July 2012
  • Summary: Wife has had an Apple iPhone for 2 generations and likes this as its larger. Sri & here don't get along, a woman can't boss another woman around is what I think. So I am worried I will hear "I'll take it" I too didn't get the HDMI adapter for TV, I think they should but phones in TV's instead. Usb charger /data cable works. Unit is so big that its somewhat problematic about where you are going to carry it for guys - fits a purse Aok - this is where the iPhone is better.
  • Pros: Big display - bright screen (indoors) - bigger than iPhone 4s - supports andriod apps - free and paid. Easy to read if you need that - very thin - supports larger Micro SDHC cards Class 6 /10 to 64GB w fat32 format. Onboard speakers are powerfull for their size w good sound - Screen and the LED flash can be used for flashlight w app! Battery is replaceable - screen response to video playback and movie's is much better than most. Great screen resolution bhigher than iP...
  • Cons: Comes w 2GB SDHC class 4 as standard - 2 small for this phone - camera action is ok - flash is ok for indoors @ low light - better outdoors w sunlight - this is a phone not a Nikon camera - the screen in daylight is barely visable /readable even w sunglasses - this is a problem w all color screen devices sunlight - not very readable in shade- even iPhone has this problem. Didnt come w latest Andriod OS; I needed a PC to install Samsung software then to load newer OS t...

I love this phone.

J. Gamboa "J. Auguste", Amazon
5 July 2012
  • Summary: It's fast and the screen is beautiful. The battery life is amazing considering the magnitude of this phone. The camera is crisp and the panorama mode is a great bonus. The ff camera is great on its own. The speakers on this phone are very loud and clear. The noise cancelling microphone helps a lot with the call quality. The swype keyboard is amazing for texting, I've gotten so use to it that I can't use normal keyboards, or if I did, it would be such an inconvenience.

Better think twice

Sidius13, Amazon
14 June 2012
  • Summary: After using this phone for a while I'm not so sure I would recomend it. Don't get me wrong, it's a good phone, especially for the price, but at the same time you could be getting something better for a little more. I like the size an the matter that it's really thin but i don't like the fact that it freezes a lot. It's that often to consider it a dealbreaker but it happens.
