Summary: I bought this phone to replace an old, outdated one. I like how small and lightweight it is compared to others I've had. It's much faster than my old phone with very little lagging and no random shut downs. The touch screen can be a little tricky being very sensitive...there's a bit of a learning curve with texting on the virtual keypad but not enough to really matter that much,,at least to me.
Summary: I bought this new(refurb) & love it. I was an at&t customer for over 10 yrs & decided to try Straight Talk out. It is better than AT&T and this phone uses Verizon Towers, which are everywhere. The internet is fast, everything is great. The battery life sucks though. This phone has the same size screen as an iphone 3/4(I've put it up next to one). Its a great phone. I have no issues w/it. I like it so much & it's so affordable I've bought one for my spouse & son.
Summary: i have big hands i didn't like the small screen. also the applets didn't give me a lot of choices. Although the battery seemed to last the whole day. The number one thing that i did not like was the location of the contacts i had my whole contact list erased while it was in my pocket. i went with the LG optimus Q for the qwerty keyboard.
