Summary: My phone is constantly frozen or dead. I am off my phone from 7a-3p and my battery is down to 25% by 5p. I don't have a ton of apps, pics, or videos, so there's no need for it to be as slow as it is, or to freeze so much. I haven't had to take a battery out of a phone to make it work since my nokia with the light up sides in '05 until now...
Summary: Here is what Amazon.com customer service told me"I am the Team Lead for the A-to-z Guarantee Claims Department. I am responding to your email regarding order xxxxxxxxxx. While I understand your concerns, the A-to-z Guarantee only covers situations where the item is different than was advertised. I understand that you feel the item was different because it does not carry a valid U.S. warranty, however this is an international version cell phone.
Summary: This phone is purchased by seller outside of the US. When I received and begun using it, it turned off by itself. In addition it will not operate on 4g network instead only operates on E. When I complained about this to the seller they stated they didn't accept returns but I can call Samsung to resolve issues since it was under warranty . When I spoke with Samsung and gave them the necessary phone info.
Summary: I have heard that thi phone was one of the best ones on the market then i decided change from iphone to samsung and was a really bad idea, when i received the phone all worked great but i lost all charge second day and when i connected to recharge !sorprise! the phone don't want turn on again, only vibrates and never want to turn on, i contact seller and wrote me that i need contact samsung about that problem and not him, after one day trying all i see on forum about...

Summary: when ı get ıt and arrıved ın turkey started to use my new cell phone....unfortunately ı could not use ıt due to the sım card wıre ıs broken and ı need to fıx ıt....the cost approxımately 100 dollar....ıt ıs not bıg deal for me....just ı was realy unhappy from the servıce....and why they send me thıs broken phone....maybe ıt ıs my foult tht ı bought ıt the last 3 days before my leavıng.....no more sumsung...
Terrible Customer Service, will NOT replace defective device under warranty!

Summary: SO, I had a problem with the phone, the LTE is not working. It was clearly a hardware issue and I mentioned that to Samsung. Samsung told me to send it in and I'll have it back in condition with a factory test of all components. I told them that this problem must be fixed, I was reassured it will be. I got the phone back with the same problem still persisting, called Customer Service and they said they will attempt to repair it AGAIN!
Summary: The phone was delivered to me in early July and less than 3 months, the phone isn't working anymore. I was told the panel has crashed and there's nothing I can do to fix it. How do spend 625 box on a new phone and it doesn't last 3 months?
