Product constantly crashes.

Summary: I'm going into y 4th Samsung 4 in the last month. Ever since the new KitKat upgrade every phone I've had crashes, restarts on its own and the battery dies within a few hours of recharging it. Reading thru the web, I see this is a major flaw in the design and even though there are many different ideas as to how to fix this problem, not many are 100% effective. I'm not sure why anyone would want to open themselves to such a head ache.
Summary: I have had three of these in less than 18 days first phone app and battery problems 2nd phone screen got so hot it crack 3rd phone said it could not find SIM card or sd chip version wants to keep giving me the same peace of junk .Fix your phones the s4 is nothing but junk.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, junk

Excerpt: This phone is bad and slow and stop a lot And breakable and it was the worst phone ever that I buy I wish if not , but I sell it and buy an iphone Instead of this s**t I honestly said it don't worth more than 100$ and after 3 hrs wirking on samsung galaxy s4 it reach it limit and stop and automatically shut down And it heat too much
Summary: This phone looks like European version. I believe the seller "HassleFreeCell" shipped a refurb phone to me. The phone took many tries to boot up. It shows the initial flash screen and would shut down immediately. When it booted up, the phone was very slow to move across screens and would freeze up. I was on the camera app and after taking a couple of pictures, the phone froze up with the picture displayed on screen. I'm not sure if this came in original packing.
Summary: I am traveling overseas (Italy) using the Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 which I purchased from Amazon. I had the Toshiba computer and the Kindle (bought from Amazon as well) carried with me as well. 1) After a couple of days that it was working fine, I had a problem connecting the Galaxy S4 to the hotel WiFi (other products worked fine). It did not recognize a (definitely) correct name and password given by the hotel. I try to change setting. Nothing help.
