Excerpt: so less than a week after i bought it, a messege apperas everytime i go on the internet that says uneexpected failure and 3G stops working. Not really unexpected anymore. The touch screen isnt very accurate and itneeds a better canera but im more than satisfied by the keypad. PS for everyone looking at my ratings below, im a pesimist.
Summary: This is my first touch screen phone and I bought it cuz it was the only one around that was touch and u didnt need to have a data plan. Anyway, I think the touch sensitivity of it is hard, I feel I have to press prettty hard to get it to scroll or to "click" on something, but it may just be me since ive never had a touch phone before. Also, the keyboard is also harder to type the keys when ur texting then my old phone.
Excerpt: I've had this phone for almost two years and i love it. I've never used the internet on it so i cant tell you whether or not it's good. But i do recommend a screen protector if you have nails or drop it, and a memory card if you take pictures alot. There is a draw a picture unlock screen, easy to navigate icons, a widget slide on the side, an amazzzing battery.

Pros: Looks good, feels good, customizable 3 home screens. As a previous reviewer noted, you can't "swipe" at the touch screen instead press your finger and slide, otherwise it'll zoom past your target or open the first application you touch. The best of both
Cons: Had to buy the $30 data plan because the cheaper pay as you go option didn't include data...but now I've got 30 mb of data, 1500 minutes and texting for $30 a month. How can you top that? Great quality as well, the slider is smooth and clicks into place
Cons: touch screen stopped working. Malfunctioned before warranty was off, at about nine months old. Tmobile reset did again and completely stopped two months after warranty, (14 months) and tmobile would not replace phone even though this was a known proble
Pros: Good sound quality on calls. Easy to text on the keyboard. LOTS of memory for text messages (outgoing and incoming).
Cons: A little harder to text on the touch screen, sometimes I would press one spot for a letter/number and it would use a letter/number in a different spot. Not very much memory for photos. Camera was a little difficult to opperate, and I had the phone for o
