Samsung Gravity 3 Review
15 July 2010
Conclusion: Call quality was so-so with the Samsung Gravity 3 . Callers complained that we sounded overly nasally and as if we were in a cave. They could distinctly hear a lot of background noise as well. To us they sounded a bit quiet and the audio was very thin, though we didn’t have any real issues understanding what was being said. Battery life is rated at 6 hours of talk time and over 16 days of standby which should be more than plenty.
Pros: Good size, Quick UI performance
Cons: Questionable call quality, Keyboard could be better, Camera is not on par with other comparable Samsung units, Poor web experience
Conclusion: In all the four latest mobile phones (mentioned in the intro section) that were announced in June 2010, there is one common aspect – the camera feature. All these handsets come loaded with a 2 mega pixel camera. The 2 MP camera of T479 Gravity 3 boasts a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels and it is capable of recording video shots also. There is no secondary camera in the mobile phone for video calling.
Pros: 3G HSDPA, Up to 16 GB memory support, QWERTY Keyboard
