Summary: Since I started to use it, the imagine is dark and I cannot read cleary ....I believe they sent to me a telephone that was with problems , is working but the main thing is the DARKNESS ....need to be more clear, I tried to solve the problem at one store but they couldnt do anything !
Summary: I ordered a new Samsung T469 Gravity 2 Phone online in good faith and the supplier sent me a used phone. The "W" on the phone key pad does not work. I requested a refund, but the supplier keeps avoiding my messages. Very bad experience with the phone and the supplier.
Summary: The phone was good for texting and talking but did have less signal reception than my husbands old RAZR. then after 14 months it suddenly quit - tried a new battery but that didn't help. Figure after a year or so it will just be a throwaway.
Summary: The phone looked great but after a month or so the orange color on phone stated to flake off. And the battery life is not that great I have to charge me battery everynight - on my last phone I could go aleast two days.
It wouldn't be fair to summarize on it since I got a dud.

Summary: When I recieved this phone it was orange. And I had to order the backdoor and a battery. Which cost me more than this phone was worth. It doesn't even work right. I had to switch back to my old phone.
Summary: We purchased this phone specifically for its qwerty keyboard, for texting purposes. The keyboard is nice but pressing a key often gives either no response or a double response. We returned it and purchased another type of phone.
Way too expensive for an SMS phone, not at all worth the price.

Summary: The Gravity 2 is messaging phone, and as such has practically no features. The email "feature" is atrocious and hardly works. The notifications are spouratic at best. The camera is dismal. The screen is pathetic. The slide out keyboard has flat buttons which only respond when Hulk-smashed.
Excerpt: Had this phone for about 6 months and only dropped it a few times. One day the screen completely blacked out when I opened the keyboard and soon the screen wouldn't turn on at all. Had to get a refurbished one but turned out I had to get a Grav3, sucks as well, screen broke after 3 months.
Pros: Keyboard is good for texting.
Cons: screen breaks after a few drops, barely any customizing options, sucks overall.
Summary: I have now had three Samsung Gravity II phones, two of which were purchased from OEM Shop, and they all have the same problem: after a few weeks, the screen gets all wonky and starts displaying images both backwards and upside down. Not cool.
Summary: While the original Gravity was a decent phone, the Gravity 2 seems to be a giant step backwards. You do get a better camera and internet access, but the keyboard is considerably worse. Like the Gravity, you can't change the text message noise beyond the phones 5 presets.
