Summary: This phone was horrible. The back of it is hard to get off to be able to access battery and the micro mini sd card. Within the first 2 weeks of use the keypad froze and I could only use the touch screen part. Then next week the battery went I could start with a full battery and after a 20 minute call the phone would be dead.
Summary: I purchased this phone because my Verizon contract allowed me to use a smartphone but I did not want to use a data package, since those cost so much extra per month. Sadly, I had to stop using this phone (and should have stopped sooner) because it is terrible! Its main problem is that the touch screen is so glitchy and almost never worked when I tried to do something important, like make a call or text someone. You know, the stuff you traditionally use cell phones for.
Excerpt: Good idea but terrible design. The touch screen is always changing form screen to screen with out touching anthing. The phone is such a pain to deal with. Selecting names form the address book is miserable to deal with. DON'T BUY. Reviewer is an employee or otherwise affiliated with the brand.
Excerpt: It is so much trouble just to text because you cant touch what you want. And have to wait for the screen to shut off before it works. And verizon won't replace it because they are stupid and "nothing is wrong!
Excerpt: 600 bucks. It has this glitch where when you touch it, it sometimes goes to the same part of the screen, which happens to be exactly where you're trying NOT to go. If I was religious, I would think it was possessed by the devil. It has a mind of its own. Potential owners, beware.
Excerpt: I had received a small catalog in the mail from Verizon and began glancing through the variety of cell phones. I've had positive experiences with Verizon before, so I wasn't hesitant to get a new phone from Verizon as well. It was love at first site... until about four months after I received my new phone. I would try to send a text message, and the phone would turn itself off.
