disappointed

  • Summary: The phone came in a box with a broken seal, though nothing appeared missing. All instructions were in Spanish. It looked like a Mexican SIM card had been removed from the box. The phone would not place calls on either AT&T or T-Mobile using a good SIM card. The phone rang for an incoming call, but would not pick up. Error messages indicated equipment failure. The phone was returned, and a different phone was purchased.

  • Summary: This was the biggest headache, that no one should experience. The Samsung Galaxy phone arrived on locked mode. No one at Walmart could help me, they told me to contact the Samsung company, which was of no help either. The Samsung company told me to contact my network provider. Contacted TMoblie and was told to contact the place of purchase. I could not use the phone because I needed a network pass code. Had to returned it and purchase another phone. What a hassle.

  • Summary: Shocked and disappointed, phone is international, when I called Samsung they advised to return the phone, because even if I did get an adaptor I would need to work with the Samsung people overseas if anything went wrong. Will return product: maybe that's why it was so cheap.

  • Summary: I thought I would upgrade my phone and bought this one. It is hard to keep an internet connection I have to keep my phone at a tilt. I constantly have to keep reconnecting to the family mobile service in order to get on the internet. It was not the upgrade I was expecting. It is smaller and better pictures than my last phone. The access to contacts etc. is easier than my last phone. Just not satisfied with its ability to connect with the internet.

  • Summary: Bought this for my grandson. It looks like it would be great except for the fact that the MAC address is all zeroes, so it will not connect to any WiFi. Unless someone has some great advice on how to fix that problem, I guess I'll be returning it!
