Summary: When received the phone was locked and could not be used. Our computer/cell phone literate daughter got in touch with the seller and after some back and forth got it unlocked. In cooperation with the a t & t technician we got it working - somewhat. We may still return it as it seems too complex for us old folks.
Summary: This phone comes with so many apps installed from the factory that there is hardy any space to download any for myself. Had it less than a week and it being sold to someone else. I hate it and regret getting it. Would love my money back.
Summary: We bought this phone for our kid. It was working fine for a few first months. After a few months, the phone stopped working, it will give us a message "Mobile network is not available". We tried different SIM cards, and the message is still the same.
Summary: I purchased this phone based on description that it was an unlocked phone. I even wrote a good review when it arrived on time to my address. Then I took it to London and it did not work. IT IS LOCKED. I bought the SIM only to learn it would not work. I tried to return it when I came back from my trip and was informed that the return period was over. I'm stuck with nonfunctional phone. I am NOT HAPPY.
