Summary: This phone comes with so many apps installed from the factory that there is hardy any space to download any for myself. Had it less than a week and it being sold to someone else. I hate it and regret getting it. Would love my money back.
Summary: I purchased this phone based on description that it was an unlocked phone. I even wrote a good review when it arrived on time to my address. Then I took it to London and it did not work. IT IS LOCKED. I bought the SIM only to learn it would not work. I tried to return it when I came back from my trip and was informed that the return period was over. I'm stuck with nonfunctional phone. I am NOT HAPPY.
Summary: We bought this phone for our kid. It was working fine for a few first months. After a few months, the phone stopped working, it will give us a message "Mobile network is not available". We tried different SIM cards, and the message is still the same.
Summary: This was the biggest headache, that no one should experience. The Samsung Galaxy phone arrived on locked mode. No one at Walmart could help me, they told me to contact the Samsung company, which was of no help either. The Samsung company told me to contact my network provider. Contacted TMoblie and was told to contact the place of purchase. I could not use the phone because I needed a network pass code. Had to returned it and purchase another phone. What a hassle.
Summary: Shocked and disappointed, phone is international, when I called Samsung they advised to return the phone, because even if I did get an adaptor I would need to work with the Samsung people overseas if anything went wrong. Will return product: maybe that's why it was so cheap.
Summary: The phone was received in a timely manner. Upon opening, the phone charger was not a US pin but an Australian pin. Not too difficult to resolve. The phone charged up well, I inserted the SIM card and it is working out just fine.
