Excerpt: I had to pay € 100 for this phone and it's so bad. After more than a year I find him so bad that I already buy a new go while even a little piece is not yet. Now let's look for new mobile. something of a sony.
Summary: I bought this phone on 10th sep and whn i received the phone it was S 5363. So, i placed the order again and when the second one arrived it was S 5363. Thought it was my fate. So, i called up samsung and enquired with them about the warranty. They have advised that these phones are shipped from UK so we need to get in touch with UK support when ever we have an issue. So, please check before you buy.
Summary: In short, I am very happy with this phone. When I got it, I was a little surprised to see that it came from Europe, as it had a European charger. There was an EU to US power converter inside the package (but outside of the actual phone box). Another thing that is important to know, is that this phone IS unlocked. For some reason, amazon doesn't make that very clear on their website. I took a gamble and assumed that it was unlocked, and ordered the phone.
Summary: This phone turns itself on and off for no reason. Luckily it started doing it just a couple of days after i got it so I am sending it back. Also will not connect to the tmobile 3G network, I called Tmobile who told me to call Samsung who told me they could not help me because the phone is meant for the Philippine market and Samsung USA could not tell me anything about it.
Summary: I purchased this phone to take on a trip to South America. The phone arrived the day before my trip. I ordered late so this arrival date was expected. I purchased this phone because I needed an unlocked quad band phone. When I opened the box there was not users manual. I turned the phone on only to find out that the phone was manufactured for European usage. The screen language was some unreadable Eastern European language. Czch, Polish, I don't know.
Summary: This was not my first smart phone, so my observations are skewed having also owned an iphone. What I didn't know when I bought this phone is that it is for youth. Which meant that a lot of the actions on the phone were not as efficient as they could be. A lot of limitations with the apps. I did the research and was looking for a simple smart phone that was not too big or too small. It was a little too small. The keyboard option was way too small for an adult hand.
