  • Summary: we always SAMSUNG mobile phones but this phone is the worse phone by far!!!!!!! Pictures are very poor quality!!! The touch screen is very slow to react............. OVER ALL VERY POOR MOBILE PHONE. I rate this phone 5% out of 100% only due to the fact it could be used for ages 5 to 7 year's to learn how to used a mobile!!!!!!

Great first phone for young teenager

  • Summary: Great little phone which is easy to use. Bought for my 13yr old son to replace a rather less user friendly early touchscreen phone. He loves it! Came with a selection of coloured removable backs although description of phone said Silver and bought on sale with PAYG sim as special offer and so very good value for money.

  • Summary: Phone Not registered on the network. Samsung Kies software device driver failed to install. Kies software unable to connect to Galaxy Y Spent twelve pounds on phone calls to Vodaphone and Samsung helplines. Five days wasted attempting to connect to Vodaphone. Phone reset to factory default and software updated all to no avail. Item returned for refund. Far too much aggravation and stress involved!!!

  • Summary: If you want to make phone calls, and send texts this is great. It also does internet, apps and everything else if you want. No complaints from me - battery ok, screen a bit basic in appearance, sound of music is alright on headphones, easy to use, touchscreen works well.
