Summary: Since I bought this smart phone I have problems with coverage. Who wants to call me has to do it 3 times until my phone rings. I don't explain why. Except for that, software problems, the phone shows all the time that is charging even it is not plugged into the socket. A lot of problems.
Summary: Worst telephone ever. I bought it for my dad, it used to work pretty well, after 35 days, it turned off by itself, It can't take any charge. I try to return, they don't let me too. It was a waste of money. Don't waste your money on that phone. Everytime after he receives a call, it turns off by itself. Please take my advice, don't buy this phone, please don't.
Summary: I'm from Venezuela, the phone I received on Thursday 09/19/2013 and to this date I have not been able to use, because it hangs and then turns off. Then custa to back on. Unfortunately the phone came with the operating system damaged.
Summary: I updated it and SIM card no long work. I reset it to factory default, still no working. What's weirder, it can't find any update as if it never existes. I can't call or SMS with this s*** now.
Summary: I returned it after 3 days of use, because it drained the battery (even turned off) getting warm. Before the failure, the phone worked quite slow. Beware with the model: In my case this model only works in 3G with one carrier.
