Excerpt: First of all I purchased this phone as an upgrade from a Samsung express, which didn't have a lot of internal memory either, but you could put your apps on the sd card. This phone you don't have that feature and ONLY 2gb for apps that includes installed and running. You can't move apps to the sd card unless they are larger than 1GB. I have yet to see an application that is 1GB. Live chat was absolutely no help whatsoever.
Excerpt: This is a review of the Samsung Galaxy Victory on FreedomPop, the cell phone provider with the worst service and customer service in history. Some of these may be due to FreedomPop, and some of them may be due to the Phone. Overwhelmingly disappointed does not begin to cover it. The phone takes about 5-6 minutes to boot up once you have installed a few apps. This is especially a problem because after every phone call, the phone freezes and reboots.
Summary: I have a love-hate relationship with this phone. First, what I love: Great price point value, 4glte, Jelly Bean, form factor, removable battery.
