Summary: I am a novice when it comes to cell phones and when I bought the device I didn't have a clue as to what lock unlock meant. I should have been a better buyer and resolved my Naïveté prior to purchasing. Now I have a device that is unusable for my location.. Get ATT great and also H2O wireless but cannot switch because of the lack of a sim card.
Pros: Never used it so don't have an opinion
Cons: This phone is locked to Sprint ... it does not have a sim card. If you are in an area, such as I, that does not have access to Sprint then you are just out of luck...Doesn't make any difference how nice looking the device is, if it is not functional then it isn't worth anything.
Summary: I had to delete all my apps. Have had phone 5 months and the operating system has taken all storage, I can only use as a phone, texting, pictures are on external sd card. This phone is not worth buying.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, can not add any apps. system to big
Summary: Bought this phone and it looked and worked wonderfully but sprint could not activate it because some problems either it was lost or stolen. I really needed too but like they say if its too good to be true it probably is.
Summary: First of all I purchased this phone as an upgrade from a Samsung express, which didn't have a lot of internal memory either, but you could put your apps on the sd card. This phone you don't have that feature and ONLY 2gb for apps that includes installed and running. You can't move apps to the sd card unless they are larger than 1GB. I have yet to see an application that is 1GB. Live chat was absolutely no help whatsoever.
