Summary: I have had two of these phones in succession because I thought my first one was just faulty. How wrong I was as I found the same bugs and troubles applied to them both. the bad points are= :They overheat and shut down on a regular basis. :The apps are slow and jumpy if they work at all. : The battery life is terrible. : The touch screen often freezes and you have to touch links and apps several times to get them to work and it often simply will not load websites ect.
Summary: On contract for 2 years for £15 a month - via 'three' includes 900mins of data/phone use a month. So its damned cheap compared to the alternatives. Three downsides for me: 1) Battery life is appalling! - needs recharge every night yet its virtually dead mid afternoon and I've only had the phone a fortnight. IF YOU FORGET TO RECHARGE OVERNIGHT THEN ITS DEAD THE NEXT DAY - this makes it useless for any kind of regular use.
Summary: This phone is a joke. After a few months of it's constant frozen screen, crashed apps and general uselessness you will be smashing it's screen with your fist. It is without doubt the worst phone I have ever had, and I've had quite a few. Don't even get me started on the battery life. You will be charging your phone 2-3 times per day, unless you literally just use it to text or make calls (which let's face it, isn't why you're getting this phone).
Summary: Don't get me wrong, this is a very clever little phone, but it just doesn't seem to be able to handle itself. Mine is currently back with Three for the second time in as many months. Apps are constantly freezing and having to "force close". It's got all the latest software on it but just doesn't seem to be able to keep up with itself. My main issue with this phone is the HORRENDOUS BATTERY LIFE! I'm literally having to charge it twice a day.

Summary: Absolutely atrocious. Samsung have almost no existing support for the phone. Shipped with the age-old Android 1.5 software, and the software to supposedly update it to the improved 2.1 software, although the software only recognises phones with 1.6 and above, making this impossible. Took it into T-Mobile and got it updated to 2.1 (although it really wasn't worth the effort).
Summary: i got this phone on contract back in march 2010 and have had nothing but trouble with it. i only chose this phone as the contract that t-mobile were offering suited me great unlimited calls, internet and one perk (i chose texts) all for just 20 pound a month and i cant fault the contract but the phone is another matter.
Summary: Ich hatte nach 3 Tagen ein defektes Handy. Es ging mitten im Telefongespräch aus und lies sich nicht wieder aufladen, geschweige denn, einschalten. Daraufhin habe ich das Gerät (mit Einverständnis des Verkäufers)zurückgeschickt. Bis heute habe ich keinerlei Info,oder Rückzahlung oder Entschuldigung erhalten. Ich möchte bei so einer schlechten Ware das Geld zurück. Das Vertrauen in den Verkäufer und das Gerät ist dahin.
Conclusion: ТЕЛЕФОН ПОЛНЫЙ ОТСТОЙ И Г..НО! за 4 месяца использования 6 перепрошивок, глючит и сенсор на долго зависает, уже месяц как в ремонте ... не меняют на новый и деньги не возвращают,хоть на гарантии сцуко !
