Summary: At first I very pleased with it, minor damage around the edge and a small nearly invisible crack in the bottom right corner. Absolutely worth the price. Everything was working great until I went to plug a USB cord into it. I was rough to get in, not the smooth transition I'm used to, and I wasn't getting a connection. I had to wriggle it around a bit to find a connection so it would charge. Mind you, this is an hour after unboxing it.
Excerpt: I've owned Samsung's old flagship smartphone for over a year (even an hour seems like an eternity in hell), and the experience left an astoundingly bitter taste. I've constantly experienced lag issues, painfully slow performance in almost all situations - for example: the stock camera or browser would take 5-8 seconds to start up, random restarts, apps freezing. I tried every official and unofficial tip and workaround I could get - to no avail.
Summary: The first day I got the phone, before I could find a case for it, I dropped it from a height of no more than to feet and the screen cracked. Now I'm stuck with a cracked screen for two years. Also, where I work service is poor, so it is always searching for a signal and runs down the battery quickly. To be fair, the phone is fast when surfing the web, sound quality is good, camera works well, the size is right for me. I only wish I could get the screen fixed.
Summary: The phone is all good and all. Love the apps and feauters, But my phone latey been acting up. Like A MONTH AGO! a day a school my phone was perfectly fine. Then the next 10 mins it turns off. and doesn't turn back on! & I'm not the only one with this problem !

Summary: I bought the phone last year and only used it 2 weeks and I wish it would allow texting to more than 10 people. My BlackBerry allows me to create distribution lists up to 100 different recipeients compared to the 10 Samsung allows.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, texting and email features
Cons: doesn't allow you to text more than 10 people, doesn't allow for distribution lists for texting, battery life is poor
Summary: I initially like this phone vs my iPhone, however over time I have come to really dislike it.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, fast processor
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, weak audio sound, only one speaker, poor battery life, cheap case, poor camera resolution, display isn't vibrant, poor button placement, limited choice of case colors
