Summary: came in package; easy to set up; the battery seems to burn quickly when playing games; but the quality of the calls is crystal clear. I have had virgin mobile phones for 10 years, this is one of the better phones i've had, easy to navigate functions, very happy with my purchase!
Summary: I switched to Android in November of 2012. I quickly fell in love with the Galaxy variants. This was my favorite but i knew I wouldn't be happy until I had the 4. I recently upgraded to the 3, well on my way! This is overall a great phone! Mine broke and Samsung was awesome about repairing it under it's warranty! Thanks Samsung!
Summary: My first experience with the phone was initially great, but then one day the phone on its heated up. I attempted to turn the phone off and remove the battery thinking maybe it just needed to cool down, but this did not help at all as the battery continued to burn itself out. Eventually the whole phone crashed. I gave it a four due to the retailers prompt response and deliver of a new phone.
Summary: I was most surprised by the internal 11GB of space. You think you only have 4GB but there is an "internal USB" that can hold up to 11GB. Plus, with my 32GB SD card, I'm rockin with 43GB of available space. Not bad. Everything works on the phone. Still getting used to the 4G Wimax network. Definitely not LTE capable but it does give a little boost. I LOVE the 8MP camera! It's the very reason I went with it than the Reverb which is LTE capable.
Summary: This was far less expensive than even the cheapest, shabbiest iPhone 4 I could find, and it's bigger, yet lighter, and more powerful. I bought it as a Ting phone, and the overall bargain is pretty amazing. My 12 year old daughter could not be more thrilled, especially since her more wealthy friends have the iPhone 5. Side by side, this more than holds its own.
