Summary: I recently switched from s2 to an s4 which I can assure you I endured more obstacles than most to have activated. It took months because it was tied to an account with Sprint that was very delinquent.
Excerpt: I carried the Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch for nearly two years, and while it showed its age towards the end, as any handset is wont to do, for most of my time with it, it was a sleek, reliable handset with average battery life and a camera good enough for me to capture lovely images on my walks.
Summary: My suggestion: Do not buy this phone. Get an S3 or S4 that is refurbished if you want to get something that is similar but with less bugs. Whatever you do, unless you want a HEAP of problems, Do NOT buy this phone 'new.' This was my first Smartphone. I got mine late October 2014.
Summary: The Samsung Galaxy S2 was the first phone I ever had that I would truly consider a smart phone! With it's sleek design, LED notification light, and many other cool features, I fell in love with Samsung! Almost four years ago I got my first Galaxy phone.
