Summary: Love the phone itself, previously owned a Samsung Galaxy S II cannot find a case that fits the Skyrocket model. Owned a case and have bought 2 others since the purchase of the phone and none of them fit the Skyrocket they are too big. even contacted Samsung to see if they make a case specifically for the Skyrocket and was told they do not because that phone is no longer available. I was not made aware of this prior to purchasing the phone.
Summary: The Samsung Galaxy S II I727, marketed as the Skyrocket 4G, was supposed to be AT&T's flagship for its Long Term Evolution (LTE) network when it debuted in late 2011, and for the most part, the device lives up to its billing. The middle child of three in the carrier's S II series (which includes the I777 and I927 phones), Samsung and AT&T joined forces to deliver a blazing-fast Android 2.3 device on a backbone that was, at the time, still very much in beta Here in 2014,...
Summary: This cell phone looks nice, it's very light, good screen size for videos, pictures, etc. Set-up was very easy and migrating all all contacts from previous cell phone was a breeze. camera app included is really bad.. terrible resolution even blurry pictures, this phone is ok for the price for an android phone if you don't want a contract.. if you don't mind the contract.. go with a different phone.. perhaps an iPhone, a newer version of the Samsung Galaxy.
Summary: The phone was in decent condition when it arrived. However, it started malfunctioning within a few weeks of receiving it. When I inquired on returning the phone for a refund, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the return and prompt refund.
Summary: This response speed of this phone is acceptable, not steller. One pesky problem: It sometimes freezes unexpectedly without any button response, followed by a self reboot after about half of a minute.
Summary: The phone arrived in an official-looking box, but many words on the box were misspelled. To me, that is a clear sign that not everything is officially Samsung. -- The software on the phone is Chinese (keyboard, applications, etc.) by default, but if you look around the internet, there are ways to install the original software for your country for free.
Summary: Everything was good, except for the phone not being unlocked as described. I sent an email to the sellers about the phone being locked and the seller lied about the product stating that the phone is unclocked which it wasn't.It was locked and I had to pay to unlock the phone
