Summary: For some reason I never have service with this phone and when I do I sound like I'm under water. It's not even a week and I'm done. I'd rather deal with my phone that was dropped in the toilet 3 times.
Summary: BUYER BEWARE: "Unlocked" phone screen locks every time we turn it on withSpanish SIM card installed. When we called Samsung they offered NO support bc phone is apparently from Pakistan. Phone is non-refundable ( i went out on what turns out to be an enpensive, foolish limb in making this purchase) . Unfortunately dd leaves for Spain in 3 days. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE unless youre willing to burn the cost. Unhappy buyer .
Summary: I will never purchase another phone online again. Looked to good to be true, worked for about a month, was unable to recharge the phone, it would cut off while charging, left it over night charging and still no power. Ended up spending additional money to buy another new phone from a local Tmobile store. However, I did put it to good use, I gave it to my four year old grandchild (minus the battery) as a new toy, she loves it!
Summary: I would rather no star! The picture that was posted for this was not the same phone I received, it had a after market battery attached and the battery they sent with it was bulging. Well now it is the Fourth of July and I have no phone I even paid extra to get it here plus my prime membership. Since its the holiday UPS is closed, so now we are looking at Monday they might be here to pick this package up and return, then it is going to take up to 4 weeks to be refunded.
Summary: This was my second phone I purchased. The first one did not power up. The second one powered up, but has poor performance. It drops calls, not able to connect to mobile network, it freezes and not able to make or answer calls. Poor functionality all the way around.
