The Samsung Galaxy S is a GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900/HSDPA 900 / 2100 / 1700 network mobile phone designed in a 115.9 x 56 x 11.9 mm/116.7 g form factor that houses a 3.2 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors (65K effective) and 320 x 480 pixel resolution. It features an accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, vibration; MP3 and WAV ringtones, speakerphone, 3.5 mm audio jack, unlimited entries and fields on its phonebook that supports photocall, call records, an internal 8 GB storage, 128 MB RAM, microSD memory expandability up to 16 GB (sold separately), GPRS Class 12 (4+1/3+2/2+3/1+4 slots) with 32 - 48 kbps speeds; EDGE Class 12 and 3G HSDPA data transfer rates up to 7.2 Mbps; and HSUPA (5.76 Mbps).
