Defective charging port
22 July 2015
Summary: This could be a great phone if the charging port was not so defective. I bought 2 for my daughters and they both had the same problem. We would remove the batteries, charge them, and put them back. They both still work but charging the batteries that way was annoying so I replaced them with galaxy 3
So I deleted some useful downloads and important pictures and then it worked

Summary: I think the phone is okay, but the only issues I had was that whenever the phone battery goes fully down, It cannot charge with the specific given charger. I had to use my husband's charger which was for a different phone. That is the only charger that works.
Excerpt: This phone isn't bad. It's the first smart phone after having a flip phone for years. Most things work fine for what it is but a few things have really bothered me. There is only 1GB of internal storage and with the stock ROM, you can't move the apps to the SD card so once the storage is full,...
Pros: Small, Nice design, Clear vibrant screen
Cons: TINY Storage - You WILL run out of space on internal storage
Summary: The phone locks up and freezes too often and has done so since I purchased it. The only thing to do is to remove the battery. The phone won't even power off. The apps do not work too often. The GPS is always off.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: freezes up too often, apps don't work, gps does not always work
