not a good phone, but everything else is fine.

Summary: I purchased this phone because i had the rugby flip phone which i loved, never a problem so i upgraded to the new version. I wish i hadn't but i needed the extra convenience of a smartphone. It works fine as far as function, but whenever i call someone they tell me they can't hear me. I had it replaced from the store and the new one has the same issues. It's very frustrating having to repeat myself three to four times.
Music and Sound good, Strong, downloading most apps for the phone can't happen

Summary: I guess it's a good phone. Wish they would let you download new apps for this phone like Milk Music or have much better updates for it. Alot of the apps you'll want to download you can't because it's "not compatable with this device"
Summary: In my line of work I need a tough phone and this one seemed to fit the bill. It takes the larger sim cards from att&t and the back doesnt seem to want to stay on. But I bought an otter box case and its like a rock.
Good phone, however both of mine had call quality problems...

Summary: I have had two phones like this. The first one served me well -- it is authentically waterproof, and the flaps over the ports really helped keep dust out. (This is important, since I work in a woodworking shop.) With time, however, the flap over the micro usb broke off, so it no longer was waterproof. Then the call issues started. The person on the other end just couldn't understand me. I tried holding the phone differently, changing settings, etc. but nothing helped.
Summary: Got this for my youngest, we're between upgrades with AT&T and need a quick fix because our last cheapo phones are now falling apart... The Good: Upgradeable memory via SD Card. Easy seamless swap of SIM with our AT&T Contract line. Price was reasonable, under the circumstances. Supposedly mil-spec rugged phone...kinda wanted that because my boy is 12.
