Summary: The Samsung Galaxy Rugby pro has a lot of functionality as a mobile device and camera. In case Samsung reads this I must remind them it is a Cell Phone. The phone quality sucks. I bought this phone because Cnet gave it very high ratings and said that the phone quality was above average.
Excerpt: The phone is not rugged and it can not do simple things like group messaging. Who would think that you could get a smart phone that doesn't group message. The phone is slow and freezes a lot where I have to pull the battery out to restart the phone.
Excerpt: I got this phone because it was advertised as rugged and ready for the outdoors. It fell off my lap onto the ground, I later measured the drop to be 25 inches. The screen has turned purple and 1/3 of the screen is now black. Does this phone meet what it claims to be, NO.
Summary: Ruggedness and being IP67 were the main reaasons I have purchased this item. Well, the phone as a phone itself is really great - fast, good screen, etc. The Bluetoooth is not ideal, but for phone calls it was acceptable (didn't want to connect through the music channel), but this is not a big...
Summary: I'm now on my second replacement phone. As the phone would shut down for no reason and everything I download ended up on my husbands phone. I felt like and had to push many times to get the keyboard to even work. Battery life barely makes it though the day. With average use.
If it wasn't for the God awful keyboard it would be great.

Summary: Yes I am a switched Blackberry user. I have tried an Iphone and this is my second android phone. I really really miss my Blackberry. The features on this phone are really cool and all but when it comes down to it, the keyboard is the main component for texting, browsing, IMing, or using any of the...
Summary: I went to my cell provider to "upgrade" because I was starting to feel my battery life was not what it should be. I was charging too often. I never would have believed that I would need to charge my new phone twice a day. I could not be more disappointed with this phone and it's battery life.
Summary: This phone was pretty good up until about a month later. The software updates never work, I've had it flashed twice to reset the software due to malfunctions. I'm on the second battery since the thing can't hold a charge.
