Summary: Ok, where to start..? I'll start with the bad stuff! *crashes ALOT (can't stress that enough) 6 times a day minimal! Apps will freeze, in the middle of a call and it will shut off. *Calls sounds robotic, when your speaking to someone, sometimes an echo. *did I mention it shuts off alot, on it own..!? The good... *I've drop this thing alot (very durable) It froze alot before I drop it Fyi! *That's all I got for good!
Summary: Product would be wonderful if it did not fall short of its intended use. The call quality is abysmal. The call volume is too low. In order to use this device to make a call, you must either put it on speaker and press the extra volume button or always have it attached to a Bluetooth headset that has its own volume control. The display is amazing it is clear and big enough that you do not feel like you are missing anything-content wise on the screen.
Summary: This phone is not all that great . Has a SD card slot but you have no control as to what goes on it. you can't move your app down loads to it,unless it wants to . All down loads go to phone storage with is about 1.5 gig before it will start to run real slow.only way to get back up to par , delete some of your downloads till you have ample storage. So much for saving your apps.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, nice cam
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor recep, no storage controll, hard to understand phone unless on spk
Summary: the phone loses charge quickly. a lot of experiences of the phone restarting or closing apps.at times the phone slows down and wont connect to wifi. finally got sick of this after three months and bought a new phone.
Summary: Purchased 2 of these phones 1 for myself to replace a Trac Fone and another for my younger brother, both phones had other cell phone numbers ported over within 2 days this was the only good thing. Then we took my brothers phone to Subaru to have it connected with BlueTooth well the Subaru was 2012 model and this phone was not compatible - STRIKE 1, Then I tried to connect my phone to a MultiPoint Speakerphone from BlueTooth again not compatible the only BlueTooth this...
Summary: It started with randomly restarting every day or two. Now the phone restarts 10-15 times EVERY DAY. If that wasn't bad enough now it doesn't make any sound or vibrate when I receive a call or notification. I have tried changing the settings but it doesn't help. I'm very disappointed with this Samsung phone.
Summary: Periodic static touching the screen from day 1. Constantly restarting on its own. Screen distortion so you can't see what's going on. Virgin Mobile has sent me replacement units but they all have had the above issues. Now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly. Highly disappointed with Samsung quality on this one.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, multiple technical issues
