Samsung Galaxy Prevail is a good deal on ebay despite flaws.

Summary: This phone on ebay is about half the price of the boost retail price so thats the high point for me, i was able to get a like new phone to replace my dead bb cheaply n quickly. Boost's Android plan gives u everything unlimited for $50 per month and wifi makes youtube work pretty flawlessly. The handset is small but I don't have a problem with that. However, there is a reason for the low price point.
Summary: Best bang for your buck in the android world! Hands Down! A great entry level phone for anyone entering the android world. Functions just like the high end models for half the price. Downsize, after testing for two weeks, noticed it freezes alot, also has lag. Downside no flash camera!

Was Good Entry Level Phone - Now Replaced by Galaxy Rush

Summary: NOTE: The Prevail has been replaced by the Boost Mobile Galaxy Rush, which has FOUR TIMES more internal memory for your apps than the Prevail. The Rush lists for $150, so the only reason to buy a Prevail is if you find one at an VERY, VERY low price. The majority of Prevail owners are happy with their new phone for a few weeks, but after downloading a bunch of new apps and updates for their old apps, find that their Prevail freezes up.
Summary: This is an entry level Android phone w/an entry level price. I paid ~$170 for mine from the website when it first came out. I noticed for Xmas 2011 they were offering 40% off promotions on their phones. Pros 1) Low cost for an Android phone 2) Well made 3) good screen 4) thin Cons 1) Biggest issue: Only 117MB internal memory. If you load up w/a bunch of apps that can't be offloaded to the SD card you'll quickly run out of memory and have numerous performance issues.
