Summary: This phone was alright at first, I was looking for a basic, inexpensive phone that I could access the internet with and use basic apps like Facebook and Wells Fargo. The issue with this phone is the internal storage, there is practically none.
Summary: After a year or so the software has started crashing frequently. I also now have problems receiving any group messages. They just come through as blank. Not sure if that is provider or phone, but the overall quality and durability is a disappointment.
Summary: This phone has the keys to close , buttons do not always respond tp touch, and many of my needs are not possible on it unless I get app. And sometimes it shuts off and I canmot get it back on untill I take battery out and restart.
Summary: I bought this for my girlfriend about a year ago. I finally bought her a better phone. She has had nothing but problems with this phone. Short battery life, dropped calls and horrible reception. I would not recommend this phone.
Summary: After owning this phone for 3 years, its age is really beginning to show. You could find much better options for just a few extra dollars. Aside from the technical upgrades, there are some fundamental issues: -very buggy: will restart without any reason, touchscreen sometimes not responsive, freezes...
Excerpt: My phone also freezes up alot and I wish that it would light up when I recieve a text message, sometimes at my job I cant have it on vibrate because it interfers with the phones and makes a buzzing sound. Is there a setting to make my phone light up and i am not finding it??
Summary: WARNING: The Prevail is a DISCONTINUED 2011 phone with NO room to install apps. It has been replaced by far superior 4G phones that cost less than $100. The memory is so small that downloading just ONE 2014 app and updating the standard Google apps can totally fill the memory and the phone then...
