  • Summary: I was excited to read so many great reviews, that I totally blew off the several that complained about the charging port, dumb! Each time I charge it, I have to watch it, cause the connection keeps slipping out, making me babysit the whole charge time.

App Malfunctions

Natalie.Murillo, Amazon
14 July 2015
  • Summary: This phone runs well when it wants to. It's constantly kicking me out of apps. It can't be the app because it does this to Pandora, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat. And I'm on WiFi so it's not the data from boost mobile. Nobody else in my house gets kicked out of their apps.

E. Hane, Amazon
7 September 2013
  • Summary: After a year or so the software has started crashing frequently. I also now have problems receiving any group messages. They just come through as blank. Not sure if that is provider or phone, but the overall quality and durability is a disappointment.
